La versione breve: Openhanded non raccoglie niente, perché non ha nessun posto dove mandarlo.
Openhanded funziona interamente sul tuo dispositivo. Non ha server, non ha account, non ha statistiche d'uso. Spartiti, registrazioni e allineamenti restano nella memoria dell'app e non vengono trasmessi da nessuna parte.
Tutto questo scompare quando disinstalli l'app.
Quando importi uno spartito o un audio, l'app chiede al sistema di aprire il selettore di file. Openhanded riceve solo il file che scegli, e nient'altro: non può leggere il resto della memoria.
L'app apre un server locale sul dispositivo per far comunicare fra loro le proprie parti interne. Quel server risponde solo a se stesso e non è raggiungibile dall'esterno. I collegamenti verso l'esterno avvengono soltanto quando tocchi tu un link nelle impostazioni, che si apre nel browser.

Questa informativa riguarda quello che fa l'app. Le piattaforme da cui la scarichi — App Store di Apple e Google Play — raccolgono per conto proprio dati relativi a installazioni, arresti anomali e acquisti, secondo le loro informative sulla privacy, sulle quali chi sviluppa l'app non ha alcun controllo. Questi dati arrivano a chi sviluppa solo in forma aggregata e anonima, come numero di installazioni: non permettono di risalire a una persona.
Il regolamento europeo riconosce il diritto di accedere ai propri dati, farli correggere o cancellare, limitarne il trattamento e opporsi. Non trattando alcun dato personale, non esiste nulla in nostro possesso su cui esercitarli: i tuoi file sono sul tuo dispositivo e li cancelli quando vuoi, disinstallando l'app o eliminando i singoli pezzi dalla libreria. Openhanded runs entirely on your device. There are no servers, no accounts and no usage analytics. Scores, recordings and alignment points stay in the app's storage and are never transmitted anywhere.
Stored on your device: the score files you import, the audio files you attach, the alignment points between score and recording, and your preferences (speed, tracks, layout). All of it is removed when you uninstall the app.
Not collected: no personal data, no email address, no account, no usage statistics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking, and no third-party service receiving data.
File access: when you import a score or an audio file, the app asks the system to show a file picker. Openhanded receives only the file you pick and nothing else.
Network: the app runs a local server on the device so its own internal parts can talk to each other. That server only answers itself and is not reachable from outside. Outbound connections happen only when you tap a link in the settings, which opens in your browser.
Who processes the data: Openhanded is developed and published by lilith13tech; the address below is the reference for anything concerning this policy.
App Store and Google Play: this policy covers what the app does. The stores you download it from collect their own data on installs, crashes and purchases under their own privacy policies, over which the developer has no control. Such data reaches the developer only in aggregate, anonymous form.
Your rights: EU law grants the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. As no personal data is processed, there is nothing in our hands to exercise them on: your files are on your device and you remove them by deleting single pieces or uninstalling the app. You may write to the address below, or contact your national data protection authority.
Children: the app collects no data from anyone, including minors.
