Come funziona, cosa fare quando qualcosa non torna, e dove scrivere se la risposta non è qui.

Come si comincia

• Porta sul dispositivo un file Guitar Pro (.gp, .gp3, .gp4, .gp5, .gpx) o una partitura MusicXML (.musicxml, .mxl)
• Nella libreria tocca Aggiungi e scegli il file
• Apri il pezzo: titolo, artista e tracce li legge dall'interno del file
• Per suonarci sopra la registrazione, dal pannello Audio associa un file audio e premi Analizza e allinea da solo

Domande frequenti

Il cursore scappa avanti rispetto alla canzone

Vuol dire che il tempo scritto nella trascrizione non è quello della registrazione — succede spesso, le trascrizioni hanno tempi arrotondati. Rifai la scansione dal pannello Audio: l'app misura il tempo reale e sistema l'allineamento lungo tutto il brano. Se preferisci, puoi anche mettere gli ancoraggi a mano.

Non sento niente

Controlla il volume e, sul pannello Mixer, che la traccia non sia silenziata. Se il pezzo ha un file audio associato, gli strumenti scritti nel file non suonano insieme alla registrazione: dal Mixer si sceglie cosa ascoltare.

Le note non si vedono

Il file potrebbe avere una sola traccia, o tracce vuote messe come segnaposto. Nel pannello delle tracce puoi vedere quali contiene davvero.

Dove finiscono i miei file

Nella memoria dell'app, sul dispositivo. Non vengono caricati da nessuna parte: vedi la informativa sulla privacy.

Support

Openhanded plays the files you already own. It has no catalogue of scores: the library starts empty and fills up with what you import.

Getting started

• Put a Guitar Pro file (.gp, .gp3, .gp4, .gp5, .gpx) or a MusicXML score (.musicxml, .mxl) on your device
• In the library, tap Add and pick the file
• Open the piece: title, artist and tracks are read from inside the file
• To play along with the recording, attach an audio file from the Audio panel and tap Scan and align

Common questions

The cursor drifts ahead of the song

The tempo written in the transcription isn't the one the band played — this happens often, transcriptions carry rounded tempos. Run the scan again from the Audio panel: the app measures the real tempo and fixes the alignment across the whole song. You can also place the anchors by hand.

I can't hear anything

Check the volume, and in the Mixer panel that the track isn't muted. If the piece has an audio file attached, the instruments written in the file don't play together with the recording: the Mixer lets you choose which one to hear.

The notes aren't showing

The file may have a single track, or empty tracks used as placeholders. The track panel shows what it really contains.

In the app's storage, on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere: see the privacy policy.
